〈一〉概述
TC系列齿轮减速器是在《起重机用QS型减速器》的基础上经过完善、优化、扩充而形成的系列产品,广泛适用于起重机的运行机构及运输、冶金、矿山、石油、化工、建筑和轻工等行业的传动机构。

1.型号:04、05、08、10、12、14、16、20、25;

选用减速器时,如果减速器的实际输入转速与承载能力表中的三档转速之一(1500、1000、750)某一相对误差不超过4%,可按该档转速下的公称功率及适当工况系数KA、安全系数SA选用相当规格减速器。如果转速相对误差超过4%,则应按实际转速折算减速器的公称功率再结合工况系数及安全系数选用。
选用举例
一传动装置,需配6极电动机转速970r/min,传动比为20,传动功率5.5KW,每日工作8h,装配型式v,用于中等冲击载荷的重要场所。
与输入转速1000r/min对照,转速误差为 -1=3.90%<4%;
每日工作8h,中等冲击载荷,则选KA=1.35;
重要场所则SA=1.5;
计算功率Pm=5.5×1.35=11.14(KW)
根据承载能力表查得TC12,1000r/min;i=20承载能力为13KW。最低型号可选TC12。
订货标记为:TC12-20-V-5.5KW/6p-Z
四、承载能力
本产品承载能力是依据均匀载荷,每日工作10小时确定,选用时,请按选用方法进行选用。

用户可根据需要,从表中选用小一号或更小的花键副
六、安装、使用与维护
2.安装好后,必须注入所需润滑油,油面达到规定的高度,润滑油可选用GB/T5903中的L-CKC100、L-CKC150、L-CKC220(原N100、N150、N220)及其它性能相法或更好的润滑油。
3.在正式使用前,用手转动,减速器必须灵活,无卡滞现象,然后进行空载运转,时间不得少于2小时,运转应平稳,无冲击、振动及漏油现象。
4.新减速器第一次使用一个月后,必须更换新的润滑油,在以后的使用中应定期检查油的质量,发现老化变质应及时更换,同时经常检查油面高度,低于规定高度时,及时补足。对长期连续工作的减速器必须三个月换油一次,对每天工作时间不超过八小时的减速器,须六个月换油一次。
5.在使用中,若发现油温著升高,温升超过60℃或油温超过85℃时,以及产生不正常的噪音时,应停止使用,检查原因,及时排除故障,更换润滑油后再使用。
