摘要 目的 研制一种结构和电气性能更优的数字式正弦机。
方法 采用8098单片机,用软件方法产生高精度的阶跃、等速、正弦和周期等速等信号,然后采用DSC模块(即数字-自整角机转换器)进行转换,使之成为伺服系统所需的自整角机的三线模拟电压输出。
结果 这种基于单片机的新型数字正弦机功能齐备,克服了机电正弦机在结构和电气上所固有的缺点。
结论 经实验室测试及系统联调,证明本文所述数字正弦机能够完全满足伺服系统调试的各项要求,且结构简单、工作可靠、重量轻、体积小,具有良好的应用前景。

A Digital Sinusoidal Signal Generator Based on the Single Chip Processor

Abstract Aim To manufacture a kind of digital sinusoidal signal generator with the better structure and electric performance. Methods All kinds of the high-precision digital signals such as step, uniform, sinusoidal, period uniform signal and so on were generated by 8098 single chip processor with the software method, then the digital-to-synchro converters (DSC) were used to convert the digital signal into the three-phase analogous voltage output of the synchro which is needed by the servo system. Results The shortcomings in the structure and the electric performance of the mechano-electronic sinusoidal signal generator have been successfully overcome by this new type of multifunctional digital sinusoidal signal generator. Conclusion The results of the laboratory experiments and the real system t ests show that the generator presented in this paper, which has the simple structur e, light weight and small volume, can completely meet the needs of the debugging of the servo system, and it is reliable and has the promising applicable prospect.

在伺服系统的调试过程中,需要能够准确发送各种测试信号的正弦机。但通常使用的机电正弦机具有难以克服的机械传动空回、死区及波形失真和漂移、装订参数可重复性差等缺点。为了克服以上缺点,作者开发了8098数字正弦机。
1 硬件组成
8098数字正弦机采用MCS-96系列8098单片机[1,2](也可选用兼容的80C196单片机)和5VASZZ系列DSC模块,以软件方法产生阶跃、等速、周期等速和正弦等信号,通过8255直接16位数字输出,或分精粗各12位数字量分送两个DSC转化为三相模拟电压双通道输出。在此过程中,利用8279显示和控制正弦机的运行状态。8098数字正弦机的硬件组成框图如图1。
