轮齿同侧齿面偏差的定义和允许值
1范围
本标准规定了单个渐开线圆柱齿轮轮齿同侧齿面的精度。
本标准规定了轮齿各项精度术语的定义、齿轮精度的结构能及齿距偏差、齿廓总偏差和螺旋线总偏差的允许值。
本标准仅适用于单个齿轮的每一要素,而不包括齿轮副。
强调指出:本标准的每个使用者,都应非常熟悉GB/Z 18620.1-2002所叙述的方法和步骤。在本标准的限制范围内,使用其以外的技术是不适宜的。
附录A(标准的附录)给出了切向综合偏差的公差计算式,它是本标准的检验项目,但不是必检项目。
附录B(提示的附录)给出了齿廓与螺旋线的形状偏差和倾斜偏差的公差和极限偏差,它有时作为有用的参数和评定值,但不是必检项目。

3.1齿距偏差
3.1.1单个齿距偏差(fpt)
在端平面上,在接近齿高中部的一个与齿轮轴线同心的圆上,实际齿距与理论齿距的代数差(见图1)。
3.1.2齿距累积偏差(FPK)
任意k个齿距的实际弧长与理论弧长的代数差(见图1)。理论上它等于这k个齿距的各单个齿距偏差的代数和。
注1:除另有规定,FPK值被限定在不大于1/8的圆周上评定。因此,FPK的允许值适用于齿距数k为2到小于z/8的弧段内。通常,FPK取k=z/8就足够了,如果对于特殊的应用(如高速齿轮)还需检验较小弧段,并规定相应的k数。
3.1.3齿距累积总偏差(FP)
齿轮同侧齿面任意弧段(k=1至k=z)内的最大齿距累积偏差。它表现为齿距累积偏差曲线的总幅值。

3.2齿廓偏差
3.2.1齿廓偏差
实际齿廓偏离设计齿廓的量,该量在端平面内且垂直于渐开线齿廓的方向计值。
3.2.1.1可用长度(LAF)
等于两条端面基圆切线之差。其中一条是从基圆到可用齿廓的外界限点,另一条是从基圆到可用齿廓的内界限点。
依据设计,可用长度外界限点被齿顶、齿顶倒棱或齿顶倒圆的起始点(点A)限定,在朝齿根方向上,可用长度的内界限点被齿根圆角或挖根的起始点(点F)所限定。
3.2.1.2有效长度(LAE)
可用长度对应于有效齿廓的那部分。对于齿顶,其有与可用长度同样的限定(A点)。对于齿根,有效长度延伸到与之配对齿轮有效啮合的终止点E(即有效齿廓的起始点),如不知道配对齿轮,则E点为与基本齿条相啮合的有效齿廓的起始点。
3.2.1.3齿廓计值范围(Lα)
可用长度中的一部分,在Lα内应遵照规定精度等级的公差。除另有规定外,其长度等于从E点开始延伸的有效长度LAE的92%(见图2)。
注2:齿轮设计者应确保适用的齿廓计值范围。
对于LAE剩下的8%为靠近齿顶处的LAE与Lα之差。在评定齿廓总偏差和齿廓形状偏差时,按以下规则计值:
a) 使偏差量增加的偏向齿体外的正偏差必须计入偏差值;
b) 除另有规定外,对于负偏差,其公差为计值范围Lα规定公差的三倍。
注3:在分析齿廓形状偏差时,规则a)和b)以3.2.1.5中定义的平均齿廓迹线为基准。
3.2.1.4设计齿廓
符合设计规定的齿廓,当无其他限定时,是指端面齿廓。
注4:在齿廓曲线图中,未经修形的渐开线齿廓迹线一般为直线。在图2中,设计齿廓迹线用点划线表示。
3.2.1.5被测齿面的平均齿廓
设计齿廓迹线的纵坐标减去一条斜直线的纵坐标后得到的一条迹线。这条斜直线使得在计值范围内,实际齿廓迹线对平均齿廓迹线偏差的平方和最小,因此,平均齿廓迹线的位置和倾斜可以用“最小二乘法”求得。
注5:平均齿廓是用来确定ffa(图2b)和fHa(图2c)的一条辅助齿廓迹线。
3.2.2齿廓总偏差(Fα)
在计值范围内,包容实际齿廓迹线的两条设计齿廓迹线间的距离(见图2a)。
3.2.3齿廓形状偏差(ffa)
在计值范围内,包容实际齿廓迹线的两条与平均齿廓迹线完全相同的曲线间的距离,且两条曲线与平均齿廓迹线的距离为常数(见图2b)。

3.2.4齿廓倾斜偏差(fHs)
在计值范围的两端与平均齿廓迹线相交的两条设计齿廓迹线间的距离(见图2c).
3.3螺旋线偏差
3.3.1螺旋线偏差
在端面基圆切线方向上测得的实际螺旋线偏离设计螺旋线的量。
3.3.1.1迹线长度
与齿宽成正比而不包括齿端倒角或修圆在内的长度。
3.3.1.2螺旋线计值范围(Lβ)
除另有规定外,在轮齿两端处各减去下面两个数值中较小的一个后的“迹线长度”;即5%的齿宽或等于一个模数的长度。
注6:齿轮设计者应确保适用的螺旋线计值范围。
在两端缩减的区域中,螺旋线总偏差和螺旋线形状偏差,按以下规则计值:
a) 使偏差量增加的偏向齿体外的正偏差,必须计入偏差值;
b) 除另有规定外,对于负偏差,其允许值为计值范围Lβ规定公差的三倍。
注7:在分析螺旋线形状偏差时,规则 a)和b)以3.3.1.4中定义的平均螺旋线迹线为基准。
3.3.1.设计螺旋线
符合设计规定的螺旋线。
注8:在螺旋线曲线图中,未经修形的螺旋的迹线一般为直线。在图3中,设计螺旋迹线用点划线表示。

3.3.3螺旋线总偏差(ffβ)
在计值范围内,包容实际螺旋线迹线的两条与平均螺旋线迹线完全相同的曲线间的距离,且两条曲线与平均螺旋线迹线的距离为常数(见图3b)。
3.3.4螺旋线倾斜偏差(fHβ)
在计值范围的两端与平均螺旋线迹线相交的设计螺旋线迹线间的距离(见图3c)。
3.4切向综合偏差
3.4.1切向综合总偏差(

)
被测齿轮与测量齿轮单面啮合检验时,被测齿轮一转内,齿轮分度圆上实际圆周位移与理论圆周位移的最大差值(见图4)。
注10:在检测过程中,齿轮的同侧面处于单面啮合状态(图4)。
3.4.2一齿切向综合偏差(

5齿轮精度的结构
本标准规定了13个精度等级,其中0级是最高的精度等级,而12级是最低的精度等级。
当文件需叙述齿轮精度要求时,应注明GB/T10095.1。
5.2偏差的允许值。
齿轮的精度等级是通过实测的偏差与表1~表4规定的数值进行比较后确定的。表中的数值是用第6章中对5级精度规定的公式乘以级间公比计算出来的。两相邻精度等级的级间公比等于 ,本级数值除以(或乘以) 即可得到相邻较高(较低)等级的数值。5级精度的未圆整的计算值乘以20.5(Q-5),即可得任一精度等级的待求值,式中Q是待求值的精度等级数。
对于没有提供数值表的齿距累积偏差Fpk的允许值,可在3.1.2、5.2至5.4、6.1至6.2的基础上通过计算得到。
表1~表4中的模数mn与齿宽b,如无另有规定,在不考虑齿顶和齿端倒角情况下,被认为是一个名义值。
5.3参数范围
参数的限定范围如下(单位:mm):

应用第6章的公式时,参数m
n、d和b应取该分段界限值的几何平均值,而不是用实际数值代入。例如,如果实际模数7mm,分段界限值为m

当齿轮参数不在给定的范围内或供需双方同意时,可以在公式中代入实际的齿轮参数。
5.4圆整规则
表1~表4中列出的数值是用第6章的公式计算并圆整后的数值。如果计算值大于10μm,圆整到最接近的整数;如果小于10μm,圆整到最接近的尾数为0.5μm的小数或整数;如果小于5μm,圆整到最接近的0.1μm的一位小数或整数。
5.5有效性
在给定的文件中,如果所要求的齿轮精度等级规定为本标准的某一等级,而无其他规定时,则6.1至6.5中各项偏差的允许值均按该精度等级。然而,按协议,对工作和非工作齿面可规定不同精度等级,或对于不同偏差项目可规定不同的精度等级。另外,也可以仅对工作齿面规定不同精度等级。
除另有规定外,均在接近齿高中部和(或)齿宽中部的位置测量。当公差数值很小时,优其是小于5μm时,要求测量仪器具有足够的精度,以确保测量值能达到要求的重复精度。
除另有规定外,齿廓与螺旋线偏差应至少测三个齿的两侧齿面,这三个齿应取在沿齿轮圆周近似三等分位置处。单个距偏差fpt则需对每个轮齿的两侧都进行测量。

附在所给的文件中另有规定外,切向综合偏差的测量不是必须的。因此,这些偏差的公差未被列入本标准的正文中。
然而,经供需双方同意时,这种方法最好和轮齿接触的检测同时进行。有进可以用来替代其他的检测方法。一齿切向偏差和切向综合总偏差的定义在3.4中给出。
一齿切向综合偏差 的公差,可由表A1中给出的 /K数值乘以系数K(K见A2.1的规定)求得,或用A2.1中的5级精度公差计算式计算。而对于其他精度等级,用第5章中规定的同样规则计算,并对计算值进行圆整。
5级精度的切向综合总偏差

用A2.2中给出的公式计算,其他精度等级的公差计算及计算值的圆整规则与第5章相同。
当检测切向综合时,产品齿轮在适当的中心距下(有一定的侧隙)与测量齿轮单面啮合,同时要加上一轻微而足够的载荷。

如果对轮齿的齿廊的和螺旋线进行了较大的修形,检测时,εr和K将会受到较大的影响,因而在评定测量结果时这些因素必须考虑在内,在这种情况下,对检测条件和记录曲线的评定应另订专门的协议。
