上海琪迅机械有限公司成立于2005年，现在国内设有东莞，上海分公司。总公司佳衛股份有限公司位于台湾，創立於1992年，自成立以来，自創『三亞牌』等系列產品，十餘年間不間斷的產品研發、改良，至今完整的推出遊星減速機、液體攪拌機、乳化機及振動馬達等產品。十餘年的努力推展，『三亞牌』已具備了國際級水準，建立了相當的市場口碑，成功的進入國內外市場。在中國大陸上海、廣州設有穩固的行銷網。並在韓國、泰國、馬來西亞、加拿大等地都有穩定的經銷體系，並與歐、美、日等大品牌相形逕庭。
