公司拥有强大的产品加工基地，拥有各种加工检测设备200多台套。主要设备有德国NERS的800、1250、1600磨齿机，德国的BFT130、160数控镗床，国内的110、130、160、200数控、数显镗床，苏联的龙门铣床， 国产的YKS1160数控插齿机，国产500、800、1250、2000滚齿机，意大利的三座标测量仪及各种齿轮检测、热处理等。
