常州市武英减速机械有限公司（原常州市武英减速机械厂）始建于1984年，是定点生产摆线针轮减速机的专业化工厂，已有二十多年的生产历史。主要生产X、B 两大系列摆线针轮减速机，产品销往全国各地，是国内有关粮食机械、食品机械、化工机械、建筑机械、烟草机械、输送机械等单位的重点配套厂。
工厂占地面积20000余平方米，建筑面积12000平方米，固定资产1000万元，年产减速机30000余台套。工厂技术力量雄厚，设备精良，检测手段完备,具有一整套的企业管理和技术管理体系。产品严格按照JB/T2982-94部标生产，并经江苏省标准局“贯彻国际标准”验收合格。荣获江苏省“明星企业”称号。1990年获江苏省技术监督局“产品质量考核”合格证书，1994年起连续5年被市经委评为“安全生产无事故”企业，1993年获江苏省技术监督局“产品采用国际标准”验收合格证，1995年被江苏省教委评为“明星校办企业”，1998年获江苏省计量局“计量保证确认书”，2002年通过IS9001国际质量管理体系认证。厂长朱铁铮曾获武进市、常州市、江苏省“优秀教育工作者、明星校办企业 工厂产品质量经国家机械工业部和省、市质量监督检验达优等品水平。因此工厂已列入中国烟草机械公司配套定点生产厂家，并是中国油脂学会会员。
