天津华盛昌齿轮有限公司创建于1990年，是专业设计、制造蜗杆减速器的中外合资企业，被天津市科委命名为“天津市高新技术企业”。我公司设计制造的平面包络环面蜗杆减速器曾多次获奖并被机械部指定为更新换代产品，环面蜗杆数控系统也被列为国家重大成果项目之一。受国家机械工业局的委托，我公司起草了中华人民共和国机械行业标准JB/T 9051-2000《平面包络环面蜗杆减速器》，目前该标准已实施。
我公司在平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动领域里拥有世界领先的理论和技术，持有多项、多国发明专利。我们始终坚信科学技术是企业发展的第一动力。为此公司与德国克林贝格公司联合开发了世界上仅有的五台HNC35TP型十轴数控、四轴联动专用蜗杆磨床。
为了与这些高精度专用设备配套，我公司进口了多种型号的滚齿机以及多台数控加工中心，并配备了进口的啮合检查仪、三座标测量机。除此之外，公司还建立了产品性能测试用计算机辅助试验台、摩擦磨损试验室以及噪声震动分析系统等设备用来对生产的产品进行全面检测。
我公司生产的平面包络环面蜗杆减速器产品可达到DIN标准5级，具有传动效率高，承载能力大，噪声低，精度高等优势。我公司生产的高精度低噪声减速器及蜗杆副除在中国销售外，还远销至世界各地。
