上海减速机械厂有限公司是原国营上海减速机械厂通过市场，由黄山深华物业（集团）投资近一亿元而转制成立的专业生产减速机及其成套设备的公司。我公司是中国通用机械减变速机行业协会副理事长单位，全国最早生产减速机的企业之一。2000年6月通过了贝尔国际验证机构的 IS09001-2000质量体系认证。
