泰兴市安泰精密传动机械有限公司成立于1981年，1989年与日本森兴公司合资，专业生产齿轮、链轮、同步带等产品全部出口日本。1999年公司采用日本先进的技术和严格的管理，开发制造特大型非标双圆弧人字齿圆柱齿轮减速机，其具有承载能力大，使用寿命长，工作平稳，噪音小，密封性能好，安全可靠，安装使用方便等特点，适用于各种恶劣环境的连续作业，广泛应用于船舶、冶金、油田、矿山、煤矿等行业，质量可靠，深受用户的赞赏和信赖。
公司于2005年通过ISO9001：2000质量体系认证，由中国石油集团江汉机械研究所提供技术，开发生产的油田减速机已销往胜利、长庆、中原、华北等油田。其中JS-320D、456D、640D、912D减速机已出口到加拿大，叙利亚、阿曼、印度和俄罗斯等国家。公司所有产品由北京康布尔石油技术开发公司进行产品的质量监督及检验，并将很快通过美国API认证，已形成年产1000台减速机的能力。
