泰兴市通用减速机厂是专门为起重、冶金、矿山、造纸、造船、化工等行业配套生产减速机的骨干企业。产品系列有软齿面、中硬齿面、硬齿面、行星齿轮、模块化、摆线针轮、电动滚筒、蜗轮蜗杆等。工厂占地面积40余亩，现有员工300余人（其中工程技术人员26人，高级工程师5人），已成为集设计、铸造、机械加工于一体的综合性企业，拥有雄厚的资金实力和技术力量，年销售量两亿元人民币。
