绍兴市新奥传动设备有限公座落在风景秀丽的浙江省上虞市小越工业区，紧靠329国道，距沪杭甬高速上虞出口仅3公里，地区经济发达，交通便利。公司是一家按现代化企业规范组建，集科研、设计开发、生产、销售于一体的企业。公司占地面积70亩，建筑面积15000多平方米，在职员工180余人。其中高级工程师2人，工程师5人，助理工程师18人，专业技术人员60余人。现有固定资产3500多万元。拥有加工中心、磨齿机、镗床、触发式手动三坐标测量机、GC正大电机试验系统等精良的生产和检测设备200多台套。

新奥公司在产品的开发和设计方面，采用机电模块化组合技术及计算机辅助设计。公司除制造国家及行业标准齿轮箱、齿轮电机外，还开发设计了XO1、XO2、XO5、CHHM、FELF系列的同轴式齿轮箱；XO3、XO4、XOF系列的悬挂式齿轮箱；XOK系列螺伞齿轮箱；YGCJ、YZL系列行星齿轮箱等。各种齿轮箱又可分别与不同电机（Y2、YVP、YG、YEJ、YD、YGP系列三相异步电动机）相配，以满足不同用户的需要。同时，公司还十分注重同客户的交流和沟通，以确保公司产品紧跟市场的脚步前行。
