我厂现有普通仪表125车床5台，136车床三台。普通万能铣床3台，精密外国车床2台，手板车床4台，大小钻床10余台，攻丝机1台，数控125车床，数控136车床各2台，共计拥有20余台设备，我公司拥有机械工程师2名，数控操作工12人，普通熟练工20人，质检2余名，形成了对精密中小工件的大批量加工能力。
我厂具有雄厚的技术能力，可以独立生产各种复杂工件，而且对质量承担责任，所有一切工件完全可以按客户图纸的要求加工，我公司生产的工件如有不合格品，一切返厂重新调换，不收取任何费用。
经过十余年的艰苦发展，我厂已初具规模，能够保质保量完成各个用户的需求。除了完善的生产质量体系以外，我厂还具有一套良好的售后服务体系，我厂的品在何时何地发现质量问题，都可寄与我们，我们将以最短的时间负责免费维修与调换。我们本着“欲善其工，先利其器”的实践理论，全心全意为客户提供优质产品，加强对产品的检验，增大售前售后服务，强化企业内部管理，不断提高产品质量保证体系。

Founded in 1992, Yuhua telecommunication equipment factory in Botou City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Hebei Province, with Beijing and Tianjin in the north and Bohai Sea in the East. The national highway 104, 106, Beijing Shanghai Expressway and Beijing Shanghai Railway run through the whole area, so the transportation is very convenient.
I plant existing common instrument 125 lathe 5 sets, 136 lathe 3 sets. There are 3 ordinary universal milling machines, 2 Precision foreign lathes, 4 handboard lathes, more than 10 large and small drilling machines, 1 tapping machine, 2 CNC 125 lathes and 2 CNC 136 lathes, with a total of more than 20 sets of equipment. Our company has 2 mechanical engineers, 12 CNC operators, 20 ordinary skilled workers, and more than 2 quality inspection personnel, forming the large-scale processing capacity of precision small and medium-sized workpieces.
Our factory has strong technical ability, can independently produce all kinds of complex workpieces, and take responsibility for quality. All workpieces can be processed according to the requirements of customer's drawings. If there are unqualified products in our company's production, we will return them to the factory for replacement without any charge.
After more than ten years of hard development, our factory has begun to take shape, to meet the needs of various users with quality and quantity. In addition to the perfect production quality system, our factory also has a set of good after-sales service system. When and where we find quality problems, we can send them to us. We will be responsible for free maintenance and replacement in the shortest time. Based on the practical theory of "if you want to improve your work, you should first use your tools".
