淄博华星变速传动机械厂成立于1994年4月，占地16500平方米，现有员工120人其中具有高级技术职称的5人中级技术职称的8人，并于2000年顺利通过了ISO9001体系认证。我厂是山东华福集团公司（原淄博工业搪瓷厂）的骨干企业，主要从事减速机系列产品及搅拌传动装置的开发、设计和制造广泛的应用于机械、化工、医药、食品、石油、环保、筑路工程、有色金属等行业。企业主要产品有：螺旋椎齿轮减速机、硬齿面K系列减速机、斜齿轮R系列减速机、摆线针轮减速机、圆锥圆柱齿轮减速机、减速机支架、联轴器以及各种形式的搅拌器、常压容器等。
我厂产品质量过硬，性能可靠，规格齐全，用途广泛，畅销国内30多个省、市、自治区，并已出口到美国、韩国、印度、哈萨克斯坦、台湾等国家和地区，与中国石油大庆石化公司、中国石化胜利油田有限公司、中国石化齐鲁分公司、中国海洋石油总公司（CNOOC）、抚顺油田、北京矿冶研究总院、湖南省交通科学研究院、巴斯夫催化剂（南京）有限公司、东岳集团、山东新华制药股份有限公司、山东鲁阳股份有限公司、兖州煤业股份有限公司等国内大型企业建立了长期合作关系。我厂于一九九五年研制的螺旋椎齿轮减速机，属国内首创，采用格里森齿制，齿面经渗碳淬火，接触强度高、过载能力强、寿命长、机械效率高、噪声低、整机性能远优于摆线针轮减速机和涡轮蜗杆减速机，可实现大扭矩、大速比传动，噪音低，绝不漏油，已取得国家专利。
