济宁市中煤工矿物资有限公司，始建于八十年代初，是济宁市煤矿建设中专营矿建物资、工贸一体的大型股份制企业。专业经营、生产矿建物资、机电设备、风动机械及配件于一体的综合性工贸公司。中煤工矿公司拥有六个经贸分公司，一个机械制造分公司。现有员工360人，各类专业技术管理人员86余人，占地面积约4880平方米。四个经贸中心、工矿超市地处济宁市市中区繁华地段，中煤机械制造分公司座落在市高新技术开发区，现有厂房面积2000平方米。根据市场经济发展的需要，公司走与知名厂家联合经营的道路，先后与全国20多家名优厂家和原煤炭部、机械工业部指定厂家建立了密切的合作联营关系，成为在济宁及山东区域的独家代理和生产基地。
