本机采用电子自动加荷,计算机软件编程,高倍率光率测量,光电传感等系统.各项操作过程和试验结果的数据均可在LTD大屏幕显示,试验结果的数据可通过打印机输出.本机适用于各类生产加工企业、大专院校、科研机械的试验室.

本机内置数显测微目镜,压痕可以通过测微目镜直接测量,不用查表,也不用键入压痕对角线长度,在液晶屏上直接能显示硬度值和试验力、试验力保持时间、压痕长度,读数精确,操作方便。

目前本机图像处理系统具备21级硬度值,可分别搭配本厂大部分布氏硬度机.同时我们研发的专用软件具备四种"压球直径"(1/2.5/5/10mm)可供选择.硬度类型上HBS和HBW可随心所欲的切换,在压痕检测上我们设计出了"压痕自动检测"功能,大大的让使用者提高了工作效率和准确度.并且可以方便的打印报表和图像存储,成像清晰,也可以独立的与计算机联网进行数据传输.是本公司继推出全功能维氏硬度计之后的又一个最新科技成果.

各项技术指标均符合：GB/T 231-2002金属布氏硬度试验技术条件，参照ISO6508-2:1999国际标准。

适用范围/ Scope of application：

适用于铸铁、钢铁、有色金属、软合金材料、黑色金属和有色金属的布氏硬度测定.主要用于组织不均匀的锻钢和铸铁的硬度测试，锻钢和灰铸铁的布氏硬度与拉伸试验有着较好的对应关系。布氏硬度试验还可用于有色金属和软钢，采用小直径球压头可以测量小尺寸和较薄材料。布氏硬度计多用于原材料和半成品的检测，由于压痕较大，一般不用于成品检测。

 

工作环境/ Work environment：

1、在室温10~35℃的范围内；

2、在稳固的基础上水平安装；

3、在无震动的环境中；

4、周围无腐蚀性介质；

5、室内相对湿度不大于65%；

 

保养/Maintenance:
1.硬度计升降丝杆等活动表面需定期添加薄质油润滑.
2.测试完毕应关闭电源.
3.逆向转动旋轮使工作台远离光源。在工作台面涂层薄油,放上防锈纸,防止工作台面生锈和油气蒸发影响镜头及光源.
4.硬度计不使用时将测微目镜镜头处用擦镜纸包好,然后用防尘罩罩好仪器,以免灰尘进入.在偶尔使用或封存的情况下,必须在光学部分放入干燥剂,防止光学镜头霉变.
5.硬度计有一段时间不用,重新开机后请过几分钟再使用,使内部电器元件预热,充分保证仪器的使用精度.
