With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the industry, Jiangyin Gearbox Manufacturing Co., Ltd is a professional designer and producer of hard tooth surface gearboxes, which also is a director unit of China Heavy Machinery Industry Association.
The company mainly products including cylinder gearbox series (ZDY, ZLY, ZSY), conical cylinder gear reducer series (DBY, DCY), standard modularized combined Gear motor series (JCH, JCB), JCP series planetary gear reducer, JCK series helical-bevel gear reducer, TY series coaxial hard tooth surface gear reducer and some dedicated gearboxes which are widely applied in rubber and plastic, ports, metallurgy, mining, building materials, petrochemical, and other industries.
The company constantly introduce domestic and foreign advanced production equipment and processing technology, with all types of large and medium-sized CNC hobbing machine, CNC profile grinding machine, CNC machining center, with expert system box-type multi-purpose furnace and pit- type carburizing furnace, gear testing center and other advanced processing and testing equipment.
The company has established the mechanical research institution with professional and technical elite. Our continuous research and development is for supplying excellent first-class gear transmission equipment for our customers; Country-wide marketing and service network is for marking perfect after-sales service.
