泰姚减速机有限公司现有员工260人，（其中高级工程师12人，技术人员34人）。占地面积17万平方米，建筑面积10万平方米。公司自创立以来，引进了大型滚齿机、西德磨齿机等新型设备，成功的开发了摆线针轮、圆柱齿轮、中硬齿面、硬齿面、行星齿轮、电动滚筒、起重建筑机械专用减速机等系列。在起重、建筑、矿山、冶金、化工等企业得到广泛的使用和好评。
