唐冶厂生产的硬齿面磨齿减速器，已有50多年的历史。
    为提高减速器的设计和制造质量，我厂于80年代末由德国弗兰德公司引进专有技术和关键的加工、检测设备设计生产的产品。经过多年的消化吸收，现已形成SZ、KE、SD、KZ、SV、KD等十二大系列、二百多个规格的系列产品，国前化率达100%。
    该产品最大末端中心距为800mm，最大额定功率达8500kw，传动比范围为5—500。这些减速器的齿轮采用低碳合金钢渗碳淬火磨齿，具有齿轮精度高、体积小、重量轻、承载能力大、寿命长、噪音低等优点，各项技术性能指标均达到世界先进国家的水平，为中国名牌产品，通过国家煤安认证。
